Pricing & Accommodations

We will be staying in 2 private, hand picked homes for our retreat. Both homes have been selected to reflect quality, location, and the needs of our womens group. Each will have a kitchen that retreat guests are welcome to use.

We've created two retreat accommodation options so you can select the style of stay that feels best for you. Whether you prefer privacy of your own space or the joy of sharing, you'll enjoy the same full retreat experience. (Each per person price includes everything listed above in the "What's Included" section.)

  • Private Queen Bedroom (3 Available) $2600 per person

  • Shared Room with single beds (2 available) meaning you and one other person will share a room with separate beds. $2280 per person

This retreat is limited to 5 spots, and has been coordinated with the travel schedule of Air New Zealand operating between Honolulu, Hawai'i and Auckland, New Zealand, as they have only certain limited flight days to and from New Zealand. Hawaiian Airlines also has a route between Honolulu and Auckland, and offers a flight on the same departure date that aligns with the retreat, but the arrival to Auckland is a day earlier than the Air New Zealand flight that coordinates with this retreat.

If you are originating from outside of Hawai'i or extending your stay beyond the retreat dates, please plan accordingly and be aware that New Zealand is a day ahead when booking travel dates. And of course you are welcome to extend your trip dates before and/or after this retreat! Just note that pickup and drop off at the beginning/end of the retreat will be at the Auckland Airport or nearby.

Much consideration and planning has been put into this itinerary to reflect a cost effective yet fun-filled and memorable experience! All of your accommodations, transportation, your trip itinerary, and the important details to make travel to New Zealand have already been planned out in full for you, all you need to do is book your airfare and pack your bags!

Erin is an avid traveler and adventure seeker, and has traveled solo and with friends and family to many places including New Zealand, Costa Rica, South Africa, Guatemala, Belize, and throughout the US. She has a deep love and respect for nature and the beauty of the natural world that comes through in her art and day to day living. She has a multitude of experiences to share from, including leading tour groups, teaching, hospitality, travel planning, and environmental work, combined with an effervescent enthusiasm for life and learning.

Marie is a registered nurse, naturopath, breathwork facilitator, and yoga teacher with over 30 years of healthcare experience. Marie’s approach weaves together clinical knowledge and holistic practice, creating a grounded, heart-first space where you can reconnect with your body, restore balance, and feel empowered to heal from within.

With a Bachelor of Health Science, Postgraduate Certificate in Health Science, Diplomas in Naturopathy, Aromatherapy, and Massage, plus certifications in Reiki, Breathwork, EFT, and Yoga, Marie brings both clinical expertise and holistic wisdom to every session.

Important Information

Reserving Your Spot and Payment

To reserve your spot, please fill out the application here:

A non-refundable retreat deposit of $650 is required within one week of submitting your application to reserve your spot. You will receive an email after submitting your application with more details and a payment link. The remaining balance for the retreat is due December 12, 2025, 90 days before the start of the retreat date of March 12, 2026. Payment plans are available, please email to inquire about these.

  • You are responsible for your own airfare to and from Auckland, New Zealand
  • You are required to book/provide your first night's accommodation near the Auckland Airport, as the flight arrives in the evening, and pickup and start of the retreat is the next morning.

Air Travel Info/Recommendation

Air New Zealand operates between Honolulu and Auckland on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays in March. This retreat has been specifically planned around this schedule. Once you reserve your retreat spot, you will be sent an email with details on the recommended flight to book for HNL-AKL-HNL. You are welcome to arrive or leave New Zealand on different dates, just note that the retreat will specifically run in coordination with the recommended flights and is planned around picking you up and dropping you off from the Auckland International Airport based on these specific dates. If you plan to extend your trip in New Zealand you will need to make your own arrangements for transportation and accommodation outside of the retreat dates. *Please note that the arrival time of Air New Zealand's flight from Honolulu to Auckland is about 5:15 pm the next day (they are a day ahead), and leaves Auckland back to Honolulu at 10 pm on Thursday and you will arrive to Honolulu on the same day you left because of the day change.

Our Transportation

We will be traveling in a Ford Transit Van that seats 8 people. This Van has large windows, a large luggage capacity, and plenty of room for our 5 retreat guests to spread out and enjoy the ride. Please note that we will be traveling for multiple hours some days in between locations, and New Zealand has many winding roads, but there will be frequent stops and bathroom breaks. Transportation included in this retreat: Pickup at airport hotel in Auckland on the first day of retreat, all travel to retreat destinations and attractions planned in itinerary, drop off at Auckland International airport the day of departure.

Food & Meals

We are happy to accommodate dietary needs and restrictions, and you will have opportunities to visit local grocery stores to buy food and personal provisions. We will provide 7 self serve breakfasts which will include yogurt, granola, fruit, and toast options. Some lunches and dinners will be provided, all healthy and locally sourced. The remaining lunches and dinners that are not provided are open for you to explore New Zealand's fresh local cuisine and restaurants, or you are welcome to make your own.

Optional Rotorua Activity Recommendations

Rotorua has many incredible experiences and activities that are available in addition to our itinerary at an extra cost. You have the option of booking these as an individual, or, if there is enough interest as a group, we can do them together. We are happy to book them for you, and have some discount codes available. Our Rotorua itinerary will adjust to accommodate any additional activities.

  • Te Puia Te Po Combo Maori Experience holds international acclaim as a must-do experience in Rotorua. It is locally Iwi-owned. This 4 hour long experience includes a guided tour of the thermal valley, the Kiwi Conservation Center, and the New Zealand Maori arts and crafts institute, followed by a buffet of traditionally cooked meats and vegetables, and seafood and a cultural performance. $161 USD per person (discount available) Booking is available for March 18, fills up fast. What to Bring:

March is the ending of summer in New Zealand, has the likelihood of being warm, sunny, and great weather! But like Hawai'i, it's always good to prepare for changing weather and possible rain.

Here's some recommended things to pack:

  • Rain Jacket
  • Layers (sleeveless shirts, tshirts, long sleeves, something warm)
  • Walking/hiking shoes (clean of any dirt or debris)
  • 2 Swimsuits (one will get very smelly after swimming in Rotorua's sulfur water)

*New Zealand has strict rules regarding what you can and can not bring into New Zealand. Please check their website before packing to prevent any issues when going through customs and biosecurity. Depart Honolulu March 10

You will depart Honolulu at about 9:30am

Arrival in Auckland March 11

You will arrive in Auckland New Zealand at about 5:15pm on the evening of March 11, 2026. Make your way through customs, catch a shuttle to your hotel, and get a good night's sleep in preparation for our first big adventure day!

Retreat Day 1 March 12

Please Enjoy a nice breakfast before pick up; we have a 3 hour drive to Matarangi on the Coromandel Pennisula
