SHIPPING & LOCAL PICK UP

Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at check out. Orders are mailed via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage, and will be shipped within 4 days of placing your order, usually sooner. Local Pickup in the Waimea or Kohala area is also available! Choose Local Pickup option at checkout and include your phone number to make arrangements.

 

Returns/Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, I will gladly accept it back within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, not including shipping costs. Please reach out to PualiliaArt@gmail.com to start your return. Your return must be mailed within the 10 days in original condition, original packaging, tags attached, unworn, and as you received it. Please take care when packaging your return so it is not damaged in transit, bubble mailers are recommended for jewelry, secure packaging for everything else. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and getting the item back safely.

 

Damages/Defects

I take pride in my attention to detail and craftmanship, however, things happen! If your purchase has damage/or a defect (beyond a natural quirk that is common with handmade items), please reach out to PualiliaArt@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order #, and photos and a description of the issue. I will happily repair or replace it if possible, or issue you a refund plus return shipping costs. If damage is caused by customer, a repair fee will be charged for repairs and shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Other damage and defects will be covered by Pualilia including shipping the item for the repair and back to the customer.
